How are T98's pieces made?
T98 pieces are made in the UK. All items are made to order, this means your item is made once your order is placed. This helps reduce waste.
However swimwear is pre-made
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed it will take 7-14 working days for it to be shipped. This does not include national holidays or weekends.
Swimwear is pre-made and will be shipped in 3 working days of placing your order
Do you ship to my country?
Yes we ship worldwide
When will I receive my order? (UK)
Once your order is shipped, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.
When will I receive my order? (International shipping)
You will be given a delivery estimate at the checkout for your specific country. This estimate is for the delivery time from when the order is shipped and does not include the production time frame.
My order seems to be delayed?
Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to arrive before telling us it is lost (UK ONLY)
Please allow up to 4 weeks for standard international delivery or 2 weeks for express international delivery, before assuming the parcel is lost (INTERNATIONAL ONLY)
My size isn't available on the website
We are more than happy to make custom sizes if your size is not available on our website. However this does depend on the design, printed items can only be made so big due to the size of the print. Please email us before placing an order for size customised items.
I am small/tall and the item will be too long/short
We can also adjust the length of dresses and trousers by a few inches if you are small or tall. These will also be made to order items and be shipping in 7-14 working days, please email us if you would like a length customised item.
Extra customisation info
We will not customise products in any way that alters the design of the original e.g adding sleeves, changing shape of a garment, removing cut outs, making low rise high rise.
I haven't received a confirmation email?
If you haven't received a confirmation email, it is very likely you have entered your email address wrong. Please email us with your full name, correct email address and delivery address so we can check this for you. We are unable to change the email address on your order, so you will also not receive tracking information if you entered your email incorrectly. Please send us an email asking for your tracking information, after 3 working days.
Will I have to pay customs fees? (International orders)
It is likely that you will have to pay customs fees, however this depends on your local customs rules and regulations so we can't confirm this for you.
I've entered the wrong delivery address on my order, what do I do?
If you contact us before your order is dispatched, we will happily change the address on your order. However if we are unaware until after it is dispatched there is nothing we can do. If the address does not exist the item will be returned to us. If you have contacted us to make us aware of the incorrect address and it has been returned to us, we will re-ship the order to your correct address. If it has been marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to try and locate their order, there is nothing we can do.
My order has been despatched but the tracking says "We are expecting it"
Sometimes it can take a few days (UK) or a week (International) for the tracking to start showing updates.
My order has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your order has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, please inform T98 within 14 days of it being marked as delivered. If T98 is informed outside this timeframe a refund or replacement can not be offered.
I haven't received by order yet and it's been shipped
If you have not received your order, please inform T98, within 14 days (UK) and 40 days (International) of the date dispatched. If informed outside of this timeframe, T98 can not offer a refund or replacement.
We cannot except responsibility of orders that are unable to be delivered to no answer.
We cannot accept any responsibility for stolen orders.
I want to cancel my order
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will cancel it for you. If you contact us outside this timeframe, we cannot cancel your order.
RETURNS
Returns can be accepted for an exchange or store credit.
KLARNA RETURNS: If you have placed an order with Klarna and want to make a return, DO NOT open a return on your Klarna account, as this will unintentionally create a chargeback with your bank and cause a delay on providing you with your store credit/exchange/refund. Please contact us directly and we will arrange the return for you.
All returns must made within 14 days of the date delivered.
T98 does not cover the cost of postage and is also not responsible for any returns that have been lost in the post, so using a tracked method for your return is recommended.
Please contact via the 'Contact' page on the website to arrange a return.
Any faulty or damaged items need to be reported (along with any other issues) and sent back, within 14 days of the date delivered.
If you believe that your product is faulty then please email with the subject "Faulty item". In this email please include the following information:
- Order number
- Images that clearly demonstrate the fault
- A description of the fault
Please allow a few days for this to be responded to and assessed. Once assessed you will receive a response email with instructions on how to return the item and you will be refunded once the item is returned.
All tags need to be intact for the return to be accepted and items must be unworn. Any signs of wear the item will be sent back to you.
